As a 21-year-old student, I embarked on an ambitious journey, founding råbowls without prior business experience and the backing of investors, fueled by a fiery blend of youthful ambition and a mission. råbowls is more than a plant-based bowl + juice concept; it's a revolution here to shatter the long-held belief that efficiency in fast-food restaurants must come at the cost of health, taste, and sustainability.
Our journey has been a story of learning, experimenting, and an unyielding quest for operational excellence. In the past five years, we've evolved our model on the pillars of efficiency, simplicity, and automation. This period has seen significant milestones: franchising our Groningen store, becoming the daily provider for five premium Edeka and ten Gorillas locations, establishing a shop-in-shop in Hafencity, and launching a franchise in Amsterdam.
I firmly believe that we're at a pivotal moment, an opportunity to fuel our expansion and redefine the fast food landscape. This is just the story's beginning, a tale of vision, determination, and the relentless pursuit towards a plant-based future!
