in Scandinavian folklore, nature had a spirit or a ‘rå’ that protected it.

in our industrialized food environment, we need rå more than ever.

we need a new way, a fast food concept with an rå vision, rå ingredients, and råbowls.

rethink fast food.

founded by two young students with a vision.

to unify the convenience of fast food with the spirit of slow food.

started with

youthful ambition

hello, i'm cofounder till. my vision for råbowls took root during my studies when combining a healthy lifestyle amidst a demanding schedule seemed like an unattainable dream.

At 21, I boldly cofounded Råbowls without experience or investors, driven by youthful ambition. Råbowls is more than a business; it's a revolution, redefining fast food. I strive to prove that the, oh so convenient, fast food can be healthy, tasty, and sustainable.

in a world packed with junk food, i have chosen to stand out. my relentless mission is to replace major junk food chains with health-focused alternatives like ours. I envision a future where every choice is a step toward well-being.

why råbowls went

plant powered…

2019 we decided to stop selling animal products. the decision was not easy. we lost customers but it just felt like the right thing to do.

consuming red meat could increase the risk of heart disease by up to 1000% more than solely plant-based foods.

vegetarians are less likely to be diagnosed with ischemic heart disease and have a 15% lower cancer risk than omnivores.

…your health.

…your performance.

vegan athletes, like tennis champion venus williams, have proven the performance-boosting power of a plant-powered diet.

athletes with plant-based diets get more antioxidants, which help neutralize free radicals leading to less muscle fatigue and impaired recovery.

…our environment.

going plant-based is the “biggest way” to reduce your environmental impact.

Over 80% of farmland is used for livestock, producing just 18% of food calories.

the excessive amounts of land and water contribute to global acidification and eutrophication.

…our future.

With rising global food and water insecurity due to various environmental and socio-economic problems, there's never been a better time to adopt a more sustainable way of living.
